As Christmas fast approaches, The Bubbly Goat will have some beautiful gift boxes ready to go. They will also have their candles which make fantastic gifts or just something special to brighten those cold winter nights. The candles will be available in colored wax, which is new this week along with the regular white that is always available. Lots of stocking stuffers to choose from as well!

AT our winter Farmers' Market this Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.:

December is here but Cabbage Throw Farm is still abundant in salad greens. Red and green head lettuce along with crisp romaine and mini gem romaine can be chopped into a Caesar salad or tossed with a citrus vinaigrette and topped with sliced apple, nuts, and pickled red onion or have you tried mixed greens with roasted sweet potatoes and toasted sliced chickpeas?! Also available
at market this weekend: Spinach, Bok choy, winter squash, garlic, onion, carrots, beets, specialty radish, kohlrabi, turnips, herbs and more including Comeback Farm potatoes, sweet potatoes and apples.
